B.A Subject
A candidate taking arts group shall be required to take English as compulsory (to be studied in all the three years) and Hindi core or Sanskrit core as qualifying additional optional subjects in Part I (50 marks) and in Part II (50 marks) and two of the following elective subjects :

Note :
In addition to above subjects the paper on Environment will be compulsory qualifying exam. A candidate shall not be permitted to take the same subject both as an elective subject and an additional optional subject. No student will be eligible for B.A. degree if he/she opts four languages as subjects.
